1 Introduction and Acceptance

555zz (referred to below as the "Platform", "we", or "555zz.cam") operates an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and 555zz.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with 555zz, the following conditions must be met:

  • Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

555zz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 555zz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited into 555zz via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not permitted.
  • Please avoid using credit card funds or borrowed money for deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

  • Before withdrawing, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once (to prevent money laundering).
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals are only approved to a payment method registered in your name.
  • 555zz reserves the right to correct any funds credited in excess due to a technical error.
Please note: If you withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements related to a bonus, that bonus will be cancelled.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. By accepting this bonus, the following terms apply:

  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15).
  • Withdrawals are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
  • The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
  • The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 Other Promotions

555zz periodically runs various promotional offers, reload bonuses, and tournaments. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on that offer's page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 General Rules

All games and betting activities on 555zz are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules and we recommend reading them before starting a game.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 555zz reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to a software or hardware error, 555zz will make every effort to resolve the issue. In cases where a game displays an incorrect payout or wrong multiplier, the result may be voided and funds refunded.

5.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting results, we follow official data from the relevant sporting authorities. Official results will be considered final for all tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555zz platform:

  1. Cheating, fraud, or any attempt to win by dishonest means.
  2. Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  3. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  4. Using another person's account or transferring an account.
  5. Attempting to hack games or systems, or gain unauthorized access.
  6. Exploiting any vulnerability in the platform.
  7. Misconduct or harassment toward other users.

Violations of these rules may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

7 VIP Program and Rewards

The 555zz VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and loyalty:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier assignment is entirely at the discretion of 555zz. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. 555zz reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

8 Responsible Gaming

555zz firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want every member to play safely and enjoyably. The following tools are provided for this purpose:

  • Deposit Limits: You can set your own weekly or monthly deposit limits.
  • Self-Pause: You can temporarily pause your account for a set period of time.
  • Self-Exclusion: You can request permanent account closure if needed.

11 Limitation of Liability

555zz bears no liability for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet connection interruption.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence.
  • Delays or failures with third-party payment services.
  • Technical errors in game provider software.
  • Service disruption caused by natural disasters or government intervention.

Under no circumstances will 555zz's total liability exceed the amount deposited in that specific transaction.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first:

13 Right to Amend Terms
